Finding a new place to live and call home is exciting but can also be stressful. Bright Fox makes the process simple and transparent for you. We will do our very best to find a property that suits you, at a fair rent, and provide you with helpful and honest service.

HOW TO FIND YOUR NEW HOME

Contact us via EMAIL or telephone 01892 544453 and tell us what you are looking for and we will go through our available properties that may be of interest to you.

Tenants

We would be happy to arrange a viewing for you via email or telephone 01892 544453. We’ll arrange a mutually convenient time to have a look at the property. We can also do evening and weekend viewings when required.

HOW IT WORKS

Referencing

Once you have seen the place you want, you will need to place a holding deposit equivalent to one weeks rental. Please see Holding Deposit Terms here.

We will then send you the reference application links from our agency, Rent4Sure. Please note that if you decide not to proceed once the contract has been drawn up, fail your references, checks, or provide false/ misleading information on your application , we cannot refund the whole of the holding deposit. We will provide you with conditions of the holding deposit prior to referencing you and will always act fairly.

Deposit

Most Landlords require a deposit equivalent to five weeks rent. You will need to pay this either before or upon signing your tenancy agreement. We will put your money into a secure deposit scheme, The TDS, that will keep your money safe until you move out, and you’ll get a scheme number & Certificate. The deposit is held to cover any damage or liabilities as per your tenancy agreement.

Tenancy Agreement / Contract

You will need to sign this within 15 days of us issuing the contract, or before the move in date, whichever comes first. Failure to do this will result in you potentially forfeiting the property.

How It Works

Rent and other things you need to pay each month

Rents are quoted per calendar month and are payable in advance. You also need to ensure that you pay the Council Tax, utilities including water, gas and electricity and your telephone, broadband and any other extras. We will ensure that gas and electrical safety checks are carried out.
