HOW TO GET YOU NEW HOME
Contact us via 
 email or telephone 01892 544453 and tell us what sort of place you want and we'll begin looking for you.  
We will need to know:

  • when you want to move
  • how many bedrooms you want
  • who will be living there
  • how much you want to spend each month
  • any other necessities

Or simply arrange a viewing of a place you have seen on our website via email or telephone 01892 544453.
We’ll take you to have a look at a time to suit you, including evening and weekend viewings.

HOW IT WORKS

Referencing
Once you have seen the place you want, you will need to place an administration fee with us so that we can take it off the market for 7 days while we undertake your credit references via Homelet. This costs £245 for up to two adults. Please note that if you decide not to proceed at the last minute, or fail your references, we cannot refund your fee as all the work would have already done on your behalf.

Deposit
Most Landlords require between four to six weeks' rent. You will need to pay this either before or upon signing your tenancy agreement. We will put your money into a secure deposit scheme that will keep your money safe until you move out, and you’ll get a scheme number so you know exactly where your money is being held. The deposit is held to cover any damage or liabilities as per your tenancy agreement. For your peace of mind we provide a check-in and inventory service so that everything is documented before you take the keys to your new home.

Rent and other things you need to pay each month
Rents are quoted per calendar month and are payable in advance. You also need to ensure that you pay the Council Tax, utilities including water, gas and electricity and your telephone, broadband and any other extras.  We will ensure that gas and electrical safety checks are carried out. Remember, you need to arrange contents insurance before you move in.
